About
Jimin Park
PhD Student
Jimin received her B.S. in Neuroscience from the University of Washington, where she studied the collective invasion and metastatic behavior of breast cancer cell clusters with Dr. Kevin Cheung. Before joining Johns Hopkins, she worked at the Allen Institute, where she studied how the activity of different inhibitory neuron populations in the visual cortex changes as animals perform a visual task. She is interested in understanding how neural circuits process sensory information. Outside the lab, Jimin enjoys cooking, workout classes, and live music with friends.
