About
Ziyi Zhu
PhD Student
Ziyi Zhu joined the Kuchibhotla lab in 2019 with a B.S. in Neuroscience from University of Rochester. He is interested in understanding how cortical circuits adapt to learning multiple tasks, focusing on auditory processing in the auditory cortex and posterior parietal cortex. He utilizes longitudinal calcium imaging to track individual neurons and understand how neural dynamics evolves during learning. He is originally from Beijing, China, and his favorite things of Baltimore are oysters and blue crabs.
